Shipping:

We ship Australia wide from Sydney, Australia. 

All Metro domestic orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-10 business days. 

All Regional orders 5-10 business days

Once dispatched, all orders will receive a tracking number

Note- Shipping days may vary per location and time of the year.

House of Walton does not hold any responsibility for items once they have been posted. If you require your order by a specific date please don't hesitate to reach out to us at and we will try to process delivery time up, however it cannot be guaranteed.

Please make sure your order is correct.
No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.

We only deliver to street addresses and NO PO BOXES.

We are not responsible for the assembly or installation of any items. Once they are received, the purchaser is responsible for moving and unpacking the boxes and placing the items in the preferred positions and protecting any floor covering.

We do not remove the item(s) from the box or take away the packaging material and the boxes from your home.o

Orders are delivered to houses with level access or apartments with lift access only.

Change of Mind:

Australian law doesn't require us to offer refunds or exchanges on Change of Mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

However, we understand mistakes happen. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if your item has a major issue. This includes:

• A problem so significant it would have prevented someone from buying it in the first place.

• A safety hazard.

• A significant difference from the description or sample we provided.

• An item that doesn't work as advertised or as promised, and can't be easily fixed.

Handmade & Fragile Items:

Many of our treasures are handcrafted and delicate, adding to their unique charm. This information is clearly listed on each product page.

Damaged or Faulty Orders:

If your online order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within receiving it. Send a detailed email with photos to our team.

Repair, Replacement, or Refund:

We'll always try our best to fix the problem! If possible, we'll repair the item or send you a replacement.

If repair or replacement isn't an option, we'll happily offer you a full refund of the purchase price. However, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item to your nearest Post Office.

Refund Processing Time:

Once your return is approved, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
