1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Its pretty much easy to assemble kot like what iv read here before. Just fyi it comes in 2 boxes in case the others doesn’t know. Normally one box arrives first then second delivery for the next box but im not sure if everyone experienced it. The delivery is fast tho so shouldn't be a problem. We will see for the quality but so far im loving it.

We absolutely love this product. It has improved the storage in our cupboard significantly. Finding all our shows is now a breeze. Assembly is strait forward however allow time to do it well. Everything was well marked and assembly was reasonably straight forward with a few head scratches here and there. Operation once assembled is excellent. Thoroughly recommend this product.
