Our products are delivered by Australia Post eParcel service with the option of safe-drop if it is deemed safe and suitable. 

We provide tracking numbers and have a large enough Auspost parcel account that comes with excellent service when it comes to missing or undelivered parcels.

All orders are carefully packed by our meticulous warehouse team.

We proudly stand by our 45 day product satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will process a replacement or refund pronto.
