You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reasons, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please do not return items to us before you obtain a written confirmation from us.
· The return needs to be requested within 14 days from purchase.
· Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser.
· We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
· We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
· A 10% restocking fee applies for change-of-mind returns, given that,
o The product(s) are in their original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories; and/or
o They are unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition.
· Postage (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Quality and comfort is very good. One 2 things I can say area of improvement. 1. Wheels looks too flimsy and looks cheap compared to the quality of chair 2. Head rest adjustment is bit difficult as moving up and down needs bit of time to reach the optimum position

Fast delivery, easy to assemble and sturdy for the price range. After 3 days of using it, I’m happy with the support it provides. I would sink back into my sons gaming chair and I would have lower and thoracic back pain. This seems to good so far!
