The treatment takes only 15 minutes and the provided gel is enough for about 20 applications (10 in Start Kit + 10 in Refill). We recommend that you complete the treatment until the gel is finished and then repeat when needed, our recommendation is to do a full treatment approximately every three months. The mouth trays can be cleaned and saved for the next time.

Teeth Whitening and Skin Care results can vary greatly from person to person - depending on the product, length of use, individual body reaction, skin type and how closely the instructions that were provided were followed.

In some cases, it may take a number of applications to see results. Therefore Beconfident Australia will not be able to refund purchases unless the product has a manufacturing defect or fault.

In the case of a defect, a refund can be provided if Beconfident Australia is advised within 14 days of the item being received.

The refund can only be processed once the item has been returned in original condition, including with all packaging materials, instruction manuals and all accessories. Refunds will not be able to be given for incomplete returns.
