Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (saleable condition) that you received it, unopened or unused, seals unbroken, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us no longer than 3 days of receiving the product if
Please include a photo or video and detailed description of the issue. Please do not open or dispose of the product/s until we have been in contact with you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In certain instances products cannot be returned, like products that have been opened or used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Change of mind: We will accept a return of the product for “Change of Mind” reasons within 10 days of receiving your parcel. Your return or exchange will only be accepted if it meets the following condition:
1. If we are satisfied that the returned product is unopened, unused and with all original packaging in original condition.
Once we have verified the above condition you will provide you with a store credit to the value of the returned product less any freight or handling costs. This store credit can be used for or, towards any purchase at our store , and has no expiry date. A “Change of Mind” credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
*In all circumstances if you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we will be unable to provide you with any return or exchange.
*Kripa Cosmetics Australia will take no responsibility for a consumer who purchases our products, or products purporting to be our products from any unauthorised merchant. Taking this action may result in your receipt of outdated, spoiled, contaminated or counterfeit products.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
