Terms and Conditions, Warranty / Return Policy

• All faulty item/s need to returned at customers expense for assessment and credit or replacement part will be given at suppliers discretion

• Invoice number and part number is to be supplied with returned parts

• Electrical spare parts only warranted when fitted by a qualified electrical repairer and certificate number given

• Gas spare parts only warranted when fitted by a qualified Gas and certificate number given

• Any parts that require a licensed repairer to install, we require sufficient documentation it has been fitted by one

• All items remain the property of Agency Spare Parts until full payment of the item/s is received

• Certain items, such as Plastic and Copper, do not come with a warranty. Additionally, items that manufacturers do not warrant are also excluded from warranty.

• A restocking fee may apply to parts returned to Agency Spare Parts
