2. Do not use ice packs, as excessively low temperatures can worsen the condition of the wound.
3. Do not burst blisters, as this can lead to infection.

RETURN: All returns must be authorised or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us. We only accept returns via courier to our return address.
CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducted depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases, to cover our original shipping costs.
