Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your item, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging (including all accessories and manuals).

• A 15% restocking/handling fee will be applied.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Change of mind returns do not apply to damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. These are handled separately as per Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will:

• Assess the issue on a case-by-case basis;

• Send replacement parts or a full replacement item, where appropriate;

• Cover any associated shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Please Note:

• We do not impose specific timeframes to report product issues, as we follow the ACCC’s Consumer Guaranteesguidelines.

• Every claim will be fairly reviewed, and a reasonable remedy will be offered in accordance with the law.

• Customers will not be asked to pay return shipping for faulty, damaged, or DOA items.
