Shipping Details

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland.

Please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to be shipped.

If you are not home to receive, the parcel will have the authority to leave, with no option for signature on delivery, and SNAXX PTY LTD accepts no responsibility for items left in a safe place.

Customer satisfaction and service are of great importance to us here at SNAXX. If you are dissatisfied in any way with any of our products or services please feel free to email us.

If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Change Of Mind -

Refunds

We will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from SNAXX or taste disappointment.

Exchanges

We will happily provide an exchange where you have changed your mind about a product purchased from SNAXX provided that the product:

• is returned to us within 30 days of purchase with your order number.

• Ordered products must be returned in the original packaging which is still intact.

• We cannot accept any products which have been opened, used, or partially used eg (you have used one packet out of 2 pack box) or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Ordered products must be returned in the original packaging which is still intact.

We cannot accept any products which have been damaged, defaced, opened, used, or partially used. Example - you have used 1 packet out of 2 pack box.

Once your item has been returned and approved for a refund, we will process your refund back to your original payment method and you will be notified by email.

Please be sure to cover any necessary return postage and make sure you pack your return securely to avoid any damage in transit.
