Delivery varies by location, please see the expected time frame to receive your product below:

• VIC: 2-5 business days

• NSW,SA and ACT: 3-8 business days

• QLD,NT,WA and TAS: 7-10business days

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.These time frames are for reference only. Delivery may take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 working days, please contact us.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Faulty Products Return

If you are experiencing issues with your product, we are always here to help.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your account to raise a warranty claim.
