Warranty Policy
All our products include a warranty. Our products are generally offered with a 12-month warranty. However, some products will be provided with an extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
You will need to notify us within 30 working days in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

Returns Policy
To give you the complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-Day Change of Mind Policy. With a 15% restocking fee, you have the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from us for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note the following conditions:
The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to bonus or discounted items.
Returned products must be in resellable condition.
Products must be unused and in good condition.
Items with visible marks, wear, or water damage will not be accepted.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, and the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged during return shipping, you may need to file a claim with the courier service.
Customers must arrange the return through a courier service, as our warehouse is not open to the public. This policy helps maintain a safe and efficient process for both customers and staff. Using a courier also allows for proper tracking and minimizes disruptions.
The returned item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in 100% re-sealable condition upon arrival.
Do not write on or stick labels directly onto the product or its original packaging. Postage stickers should only be applied to the outer shipping box or satchel.
