Warranty Policy
All our prouducts include a warranty. Our products are generally offered with a 12-month warranty. However, some products will be provided with an extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
You will need to notify us within 30 working days in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
Returns Policy
To give you the complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-Day Change of Mind Policy. With a 15% restocking fee, you have the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from us for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item.

Best thing I have seen yeat way better then the other ones on the market was surprised when i took it out of the box thort it was going to be just like the rest on the market but it's not and the weight in it is fantastic will recommend this product to anyone who wonts it

I have only used it a couple of times but it has made cutting chips and wedges a breeze. It can be hard to push a large potato through the smallest set of cutters so if you want long fries, I found that if I cut the potato in half lengthwise it cuts easily.. Clean up is also very easy My main problem now is making too many fries ( there goes the waistline) Great cutter and easy to use
