Returns Policy

1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Love it, no more getting out in the rain or at night, just press the button. Had to add extra wire to it as not enough to reach otherwise no issues

Quite impressed with product. Installed on a 3.6 metre farm gate, which it easily opens and closes. Only draw back is no electric cables supplied for the solar panel. Install was easy and it had all the necessary hardware (except mounting screws for the control box) and took approximately one hour to install, including calibrating unit and pairing the remotes. Would recommend product, especially if required in a location where there is no access to power.

The product, service and delivery was excellent. My questions about what was included in the package were not answered correctly. The parts I expected to be in the package were in the package when Customer Service said they were not included.
