If you are unavailable at time of delivery to receive your order, it may be left at the nominated address, brought to your local Australia Post facility or a re-delivery may be booked in (additional charges may apply).

Delivery & Non-Delivery Zones
We ship to most places across Australia, such as Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart and Perth.
There are some zones we cannot deliver to, including dry zones (for an orders that contain alcohol). Please check the product page or cart for more details on which locations we can deliver to.

Returns
If the item you received is faulty or arrives damaged you are entitled to a credit, refund (including delivery fee) or exchange. To return the item, please contact us.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start A Return
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Change of mind, incorrect sizing and other non-product-quality related returns will incur a $15 return shipping fee.
