Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In the past I have had Bose noise cancelling headphones and they were great. I read all the current tech reviews for noise cancelling headphones and the Sony WH-1000XM5 came out on top on a few sites. They are brilliant.

I haven’t used MyDeal before purchasing these headphones, and I did so purely for the cheaper price. I checked some Reddit reviews and it seemed legit so I gave it a go! And I’m very glad I did, arrived well before scheduled timing, and saved around $50 I think if not more. I was mostly concerned about what the product packaging would be, but it’s exactly like they sell it everywhere else. Just wanted to get the cheapest on the market! Definitely will be ordering future presents from MyDeal, the savings are worth it!

Lovely headphones in every way. Easy to set up once Sony head phones app is downloaded and Sony account is created or opened. Their operation on the unit itself and from where the Bluetooth instructions emerge is intuitive and the controls on the headphone are simple as. Sound is clear, warm and rewarding. Well worth the cash.

Amazing headphones. The material and build quality are top notch. Surprisingly the touch features arent as finicky as i was expecting given ive had the wf-1000xm3 headphones and never really liked the touch controls. Couldnt be happier
