Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I orderd a reed diffuser and 4 candles as of wich are showing in my order ,My order was done through royal doulten, Who I have been shopping with for many many years ,To my surprise wene my order came it was not packed by royal doulten ,I could tell no packing ,And one of my candles The mandarin and plum the whole of the glass casings was in bits ,I was shocked it was also a present I had been emailing royal doulten with no reply ,Then I checked up on who I paid and it was this company So please tell me what I need to do ,Thank you Mrs Jean mullins
