Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

This clothes rack was very easy to put together and held about 40 hangers on each pole. Once it was put together and adjusted it didn't fall out of place.

We received our product promptly While assembling it we were disappointed as a couple of parts were missing We contacted the seller and they said they would send replacement parts which they did with no hassle so we are quite happy
