The Stainless Steel Cyprus Spit by Outdoor Central brings another whole new angle to spit roasting with all its features. It may seem over the top but once you've owned a Cyprus Grill you will never be able to go back to a single skewer spit roaster or standard gas BBQ again. If you are just cooking for yourself then you can put a roast only on one of the skewers and enjoy a meal you would expect from the best restaurants in town. If you don't feel like spit roasting then you can also put some sausages on the grill for a quick easy meal. You don't need to use all the skewers but they are there for when you need them.

The traditional 3 skewer clover design caters for when different proteins cook faster than others or have different "ready" temperatures.  You can have your picanha on the top skewer and your chicken or pork on the faster cooking lower skewers. 

The SP019 has 3 long 8mm diameter skewers that are height adjustable one side at a time by pulling back the spring-loaded clip and adjusting the mechanism height. The 11 x 5mm kebab skewers all rotate together by the motor mounted at the rear of the spit. This spit also comes with 2 storage shelves for storing your items while cooking.
