Shipping

All orders are processed by 1~2 business day.

All goods will be shipped via Australia Post. Other courier service may be used. Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to IBASE TRADING due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

IBASE TRADING is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. If a problem arises, please contact us and we will undertake to resolve any issue.

Returns

Item/s must be returned intact as was received by Buyer including unaltered Bracelet (no missing links), Tags and Booklets. No return accepted for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Shipping and Handling is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and is not refundable.

Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.

Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyer when the returned item is received. There will NOT be refund if such cases occur.

Warranty

Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please contact us if there's any issue with the item you received.
