The foot rest features a large platform that's designed to accommodate a wide range of user needs. It is ideally sized at 18 in. x 14 in. (45cm x 35cm) to provide daily comfort and also fit easily under your desk. You can quickly adjust the height of the foot rest from 3.7 inches to 4.8 inches.
With a simple push on the platform, you can also adjust the angle of your foot rest, with two tilt positions: 0° to 15° and 0° to 30°. These adjustable features allow you to personalize your workstation for greater comfort.

DOA Returns:
In the event that your item has arrived faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will organise a replacement or refund after the faulty item has been returned in its original conditions with full packaging. The processing time for DOA is generally 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the returns, since we will send the faulty item to the manufacturer for testing.
Warranty Returns:
Standard manufacturer's warranty will apply after DOA period, and within the specified warranty term (commonly 12 months). No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables. Physical damage is not covered by DOA or Warranty.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind about a purchase, it is at our discretion to accept a return for refund. We will generally accept a return provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, the product is in their original condition, and the product is not a consumable or software. Change of mind returns will only be eligible for a refund on the product’s sale price, and in some cases, a partial refund on the product’s sale price.
Items need to be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original un-opened and sealed packaging at buyer's cost. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged when the returned item has been opened or seal broken, since the item is no longer considered as brand new. If the item has been used, the restocking fee may be up to 50%. The shipping cost and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
