• Warranty starts from the Invoice Date

• Sparky Direct isn’t responsible for losses caused by product failure.
• Warranties are void if products aren’t installed by a licensed electrician.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

• If the fault is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item or provide a refund.
