Please Note:

  • Within 24 hours, you should not use it continuously for more than 12 hours.
  • Only suitable for use on dogs more than 6 months old and over a weight of 3.5 Kgs.
  • Wash your dogs neck and clean the mist sprayers sensor every week (do not use water cleaning).
  • When you first place this on your dog, please monitor your dog for a few days.
  • Check and avoid too much pressure, needs to have a minimum a finger width space between it and the dog's neck.
  • This mist sprayer collar has a great capacity, it can spray for an average of 30 times when it is full (1.5 times more than other brands).
  • Please do not attempt to fix it or disassemble it yourself.
  • When refilling the citronella, please ensure that the unit is turned off and completely drained of air before refilling. You can do this by pushing the injection valve twice using a small screw driver.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that this is a training tool for your dog and should only be used under supervision, especially the first time you put the collar on your dog. 

The first time you put the collar your dog, you will need stay close to them in order to explain why the collar is doing what it is doing. 

Always remember the dog needs to understand that the collar is doing this because they are barking. You know your dog better than anyone else which is why you will know how to communicate that to them.

Please note that by purchasing this product, we do not guarantee that it will stop your dog from barking as each animal is going to react differently, and some may require other training methods to correct their behaviours.

RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Some items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.
