Use Strepsils Plus Anaesthetic Lozenges for effective and rapid relief from painful and inflamed sore throats. Help tackle the first signs of a sore throat. Its dual action formula contains a local anaesthetic to numb the throat while the two antibacterial agents help kill bacteria that can cause sore throats and mouth infections. Strepsils lozenges have a demulcent action, or moisturising effects from sucking a lozenge, helping soothe dry, irritated throats.
Warnings: Do not take hot food or drink soon after using this product as it may burn your mouth. Not suitable for children 6 years and under. If symptoms persist for more than two days accompanied by fever, headache or nausea consult your doctor. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
Ingredients: Lignocaine (lignocaine) Hydrochloride monohydrate 10mg, Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol 1.2mg Amylmetacresol 600micrograms.
Directions: Dissolve one lozenge slowly in mouth every 2 to 3 hours as required. Do not take more than 12 lozenges in 24 hours. Store in a cool, dry place.
