• Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery.

• NOTE: No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers (please provide residential or business address at checkout)

• Change of Mind Returns:

• We want you to shop with confidence. You can return an item that you bought from us within 7 days from the date you receive it for any reason. 
  
  Please be aware we are unable to refund the delivery cost. In addition, we will only refund the purchase price, less two delivery fees (to cover the outward and return delivery costs). You may choose to return the item by yourself or by your own carrier, in which case you will be responsible for its safe return. If your order has a free delivery offer, please note that if you return it, our actual delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to re-sell it. We recommend that you keep the original carton to minimise the chances of it getting damaged. 
  
  How to return an item:

• • Contact us for a return confirmation. Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you are returning. We will arrange for the return of the item to us. We will let you know the cost which will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you can arrange your own transport and return it to our warehouse address provided.

  
  Damages or Faulty Items:
  
  In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or your item is faulty, please contact us and include the order number with a description of the damage or the faulty item. It would be most helpful if you could send us a picture of it. We may send you a replacement part or a whole replacement unit depending its condition. Please make sure that you check for damage immediately upon receiving the product(s), as we cannot take responsibility for damages that may happen once you have received
