Shipping Details

Orders will be packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2-5 business days of being placed.
Once dispatched with Australia Post, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

Standard Shipping Times

• VIC 2-5 business days

• NSW, ACT, SA & QLD 3-7 business days

• Regional Areas (east coast) 3-7 business days

• WA, NT, TAS 3-12 business days

Change of Mind

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, if for any reason this is not the case, we offer returns for all item/s purchased directly with Superdry within 28 days of original purchase date.

The below return conditions must be met:

• Items must be returned within 28 days of the order date

• Any shipping costs paid at the time of your order are non-refundable

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached

Superdry does not have a specified warranty period, each suspected fault is assessed case by case.
