SUSTAGEN Sport is a high-protein, specially formulated nutrition supplement. Designed to fuel your body before exercise or to assist with recovery after training sessions, plus it provides key electrolytes sodium and potassium to help with rehydration.

SUSTAGEN Sport is low in fat and designed to meet both the nutrition and hydration demands of exercise. Simply mix with water for:

• 15 g of protein to help support lean muscle mass and aid tissue repair.
• 17 key vitamins and minerals, including 50% RDI of iron to help support energy production and help reduce fatigue.
• Electrolytes (such as sodium and potassium) to help support rehydration after exercise.
• Carbohydrates are a key energy source during exercise and assist recovery.
• Low GI for sustained energy.

SUSTAGEN Sport comes in two great flavors:

• Chocolate flavour
• Vanilla flavour

When made up with water. Glycemic Index = 36 (chocolate flavor), 37 (vanilla flavor)

Percentage daily intakes are based on the average adult diet of 8700 kJ. Your daily intakes may be higher or lower depending on your energy needs. RDI: Recommended Dietary Intake.

Directions

To open, remove the cap and foil seal.
Mix 3 level scoops* with 200 ml water or reduced-fat/skim milk (depending on taste).
Stir before serving. Great chilled or served warm.
Can be taken before exercise or within 30 minutes after exercise.
