Shipping Details

We know you can’t wait to get hold of the beautiful pieces you’ve been eyeing off in our CS Inclusive Collections. That’s why we pack and ship all online orders within 24 hours of receiving your order from Monday to Friday during business hours, and excluding public holidays. If you order on the weekend or on an Australian holiday we will ship your order the very next business day. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

Delivery Rates

All delivery and shipping charges are quoted in Australian dollars and are flat rate fees. All shipping options come with full parcel tracking.

AUSTRALIA

Australian orders are shipped either:

- Standard $10.00 (2-7 business days) or

- Express for $15.00 (1-2 business days).

Australian orders valued over AUD$150.00 will receive free shipping using standard shipping services.

If you decide that you need to exchange, credit or refund an item please let us know within 30 days of receiving the order, providing your reasons or exchange requirements. Orders must be received by Christina Stephens no later than 30 days after your order has been dispatched. Any returns that arrive after this time will not be accepted. Please do not send us clothing as a return before contacting our customer support team.
