This product includes a spout and a mixer tap. The bath spout can swivel 180 degrees to meet your demand of any position and to save space in your bathroom. It is made of solid brass and is plated in matt black for rust and corrosion resistance. The mixer tap is also made of solid brass and finished in matt black. They feature drip free ceramic disc cartridges for smooth and long lasting operation.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us with your MyDeal Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If your claim is reported within 10 days of delivery once approved you will receive a prepaid label to return the item. Once the fault is verified we will provide you with a repair or replacement.
- If your claim is reported after 10 days once your claim is approved you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement
- If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
- Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved
