Shipping Details

Timing of delivery: Online orders will be dispatched within 2 business days and delivery should be received within 5 - 10 business days to metro areas. Regional and remote areas will depend on transport networks and can be discussed with customer service. We will endeavor to deliver goods to you on the agreed delivery dates but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to the purchase. Delivery is deemed to occur when goods are delivered to your nominated delivery point. A person is to be at delivery point. If it is not possible to have a person at the nominated address to receive the goods, you must nominate a place where the goods can be left. Any items left at this location are your own responsibility and will no be replaced if damaged or stolen. We may need to provide your name and contact number (or your nominated representative) to the delivery company so they can arrange delivery. You consent to us providing that information. Delivery point information: You agree to provide all relevant details regarding access to the delivery point such as whether there are stairs, elevators or steep driveways and you acknowledge that we will not be help responsible if those details are incomplete or inaccurate.

Change of Mind- In addition to your statutory rights Wheel&Barrow will gladly offer you the choice of an exchange, replacement, or refund, providing the following conditions have been met:

1. Products are returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. Products are in an unused condition.
3. Products are in original packaging.
4. Items are with the original receipt.
