Shipping Details

All your orders are picked by the same staff that answer your question, emails and phone calls. We securely wrap your precious items as quickly as we can, and have them arranged for shipping. We track every parcel either by courier, express shipping labels, or regular Australia post tracking stickers. We have several options to get your face paints to you.

Regular Domestic Shipping – $9.99. The Face Paint Shop uses both Australia Post and Fast Way couriers. If you are within Australia – anywhere in Australia – we have a flat rate of $9.99 Your shipping costs won’t change even if you order especially heavy products. 

Delivery time is on average between 2-7 business days depending on location.

The Face Paint Shop wants your shopping to be stressfree. That’s why, in addition to your consumer rights, we offer a exchange and refund program for customers who have purchased items within the last 14 days.

The Face Paint Shop will accept returns if the items are returned unused, unopened and in absolute original condition. 

Please ensure you wrap your items in lots of bubble wrap and ensure their safety for the trip. We suggest adding tracking so you can watch the journey. We will contact you once your item(s) arrives.
