Delivery time is 3-14 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Please note that if the parcel is returned to the sender due to the wrong address being provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you. If the cancel or exchange requests are made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will also be charged.

In most situations, you should be able to choose your ugg in your usual shoe size. Please be aware that the Ugg boot will stretch within a few weeks, it is okay to feel a bit snug initially.
However, shoe size often varies depending on the brands, styles, and manufacturers. When choosing the size, we suggest measuring your foot length, matching the size chart below, and double-checking the size description on the product page.

Very soft leather and comfortable shoe. I love that these are unisex because as a woman, I have wide feet that causes me discomfort in the typical women's loafer style shoes.

My husband loves his new tan loafers. Fortunately they fit him as I ordered size 44 and size 43 arrived. The box said 44 but the shoes were marked 43! That is a lesson - check the size of the shoe inside the box before dispatching. As long as he wears thin socks or no socks they are fine and I think they look good. Valerie
