Installation and Assembly Notes:
This bike is not fully assemble due to transportation regulations, it will be brand new-in-box and self-assembly required.
You are required to seek local professional installation, a high level of mechanical skill is needed for assembly, especially the gear and derailleur system.

Important Notes:
750W Motor is NOT bicycle/footpath legal , this product is recommended for off road use only or private property.
Although a tricycle adds a huge amount of stability with third wheel, but it is not suitable if you not capability to ride an ordinary bike. Please have a few extra factors to consider beyond basic bike safety such as inexperienced cyclists with inadequate skills, ageing, body agility & inevitably, balance and vision, etc. The electric bike is faster than an ordinary bike and requires a quicker reaction time. Please be aware of possible dangers and safety before purchase, it is not suitable for such as Mobility or Disability scooter.
All the products were taken in-kind, due to camera, light, display parameters and other factors, there may have colour aberration.
Speed limit & KM Range depend on weight, road and weather conditions.
Please decrease the speed when turning or cornering as trikes may have a risk of flipping over.

The seller is not liable in any circumstances if the action description is incorrect. Warranty
We offer one-year manufacture battery & motor warranty for our electric bikes or eBike Kit under non-commercial use.
Warranty will not cover:
Minor scratches, marks or imperfections.
Damage due to external causes, e.g. damage by negligent use, incorrect use and tampering with the battery pack, damage by traffic accidents and damage during any transportation, e.g. by couriers.
Damage due to normal wear and tear and maintenance. Wear and tear items which are not covered include tyres, tubes, brakes, brake pads, wheel spokes, derailleur tuning, gear adjustments, bottom bracket tightening, handlebar adjustments, seat, stand, foot pegs etc.
If the bike doesn’t reach top speed this is not covered by warranty and if the distance per charge is not as advertised this is also not covered by warranty as this is only an estimate. Batteries lose capacity naturally.
Poor maintenance and any modifications to the product or components.
We will not be held any responsibility for theft, damage or injury caused while using this product.

98% of products are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Ensure your address is correct during checkout. To aid in the speed of delivery, our system cannot accept order cancellations following payment. Allow 4 - 20 business days for Australian wide delivery.

Residential address will be required.

We will use Australia Post, Fastway and other courier services. If the buyer has a preferred service, please contact us after you have placed your order. If no message received, freight carriers will be selected according to buyer's location.

If buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left. Please reply to the calling card in time to avoid returns. Re-delivery fee will be charged for items that need re-delivery.

All returns must be accompanied with the buyer’s name and return reasons. Items returned without detailed information will be delayed in processing or be ignored.

If the buyer had a wrong purchase or changed their mind please contact us within 30 days after the original transaction date. Products must be returned at the buyer's cost in 100% complete condition, including all components, original boxes, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Original Freight costs are not refundable under any circumstances. For free shipping items, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the purchase amount.

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items. Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping.

If the item was received defective or was sent wrong, please contact us with photo evidence within 14 days of item received. The defective/wrong item may need to be returned to us and the replacement will be sent at our cost.
