Carrying Capacity:
Carrying capacity is one of the major benefits of owning a Tricycle Bike. A Tricycle Bike can carry a rider up to 150 kgs, with large basket for luggage carrying capacity of around 50 kg it is not unreasonable to expect your Tricycle Bike to become a real workhorse whatever the load may be and unlike a normal bicycle a Tricycle Bike won't fall over when loaded with goodies.

Installation & other Important Notes:
This bike is not fully assembled due to transportation regulations, it will be brand new in-box and self-assembly required. Please seek for local professional installation if not confident to install yourself as no installation manual included, please contact us for the basic installation guide (video) if needed.
This bike driving mode is pedal assist mode, but twist accelerator is also included in the package if rider need this option. Please find picture below showing where to plug the accelerator.
Although a tricycle adds a huge amount of stability with third wheel, but it is not suitable if you not capability to ride an ordinary bike. Please have a few extra factors to consider beyond basic bike safety such as inexperienced cyclists with inadequate skills, ageing, body agility & inevitably, balance and vision, etc. The electric bike is faster than an ordinary bike and requires a quicker reaction time. Please be aware of possible dangers and safety before purchase, it is not suitable for such as Mobility or Disability scooter.
All the products were taken in-kind, due to camera, light, display parameters and other factors, there may have colour aberration.
Speed limit & KM Range depend on weight, road and weather conditions.
Please decrease the speed when turning or cornering as trikes may have a risk of flipping over.

98% of products are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Ensure your address is correct during checkout. To aid in the speed of delivery, our system cannot accept order cancellations following payment. Allow 4 - 20 business days for Australian wide delivery.

Residential address will be required.

We will use Australia Post, Fastway and other courier services. If the buyer has a preferred service, please contact us after you have placed your order. If no message received, freight carriers will be selected according to buyer's location.

If buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left. Please reply to the calling card in time to avoid returns. Re-delivery fee will be charged for items that need re-delivery.

All returns must be accompanied with the buyer’s name and return reasons. Items returned without detailed information will be delayed in processing or be ignored.

If the buyer had a wrong purchase or changed their mind please contact us within 30 days after the original transaction date. Products must be returned at the buyer's cost in 100% complete condition, including all components, original boxes, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Original Freight costs are not refundable under any circumstances. For free shipping items, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the purchase amount.

If the item was received defective or was sent wrong, please contact us with photo evidence within 14 days of item received. The defective/wrong item may need to be returned to us and the replacement will be sent at our cost.
