Yealink's UH38 Dual Mode headset offers both wired or wireless connectivity via USB cable and Bluetooth respectively.
You can connect it as a USB headset by plugging a USB cable into the call controller, then connecting that cable to a computer or VoIP phone (that supports USB headset connectivity).
The call controller has a USB-C port and the package includes a USB-C to USB-A cable. You could, however, use a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included) as well, so it works for either USB type. At the same time, you can connect the headset via Bluetooth to a smartphone, tablet or VoIP phone (that supports Bluetooth connectivity).
If you want to get up and move around, you can just unplug the USB cable and you'll still have the Bluetooth connection. In other words, UH38 Dual provides unique flexibility.
The inline call controller UH38 Dual UC has a dedicated button for launching your voice assistant. The call controller unit has a clip on it that you can clip to, for example, your pocket or shirt for convenience. UH38 Dual offers exceptional audio quality, including dynamic EQ that switches between call mode and music mode - optimize sound based on use-case.
The noise cancelling microphones clarify your voice quality - plus Acoustic Shield to greatly limit background noise. A 360° busylight lets coworkers know when you're on a call. As a USB or Bluetooth headset, UH38 Dual UC works with almost every cloud phone service, softphone or VoIP phone system on the market today. It's also the perfect choice for a headset to use with compatible Yealink VoIP phones.
Shipping Policy: Please note: We generally do not ship to PO BOX or Parcel locker. Please contact us for special arrangement before you place an order for these addresses. All items will be shipped to buyer's address. If you are in a Suburb/Town, please put the Suburb/Town name on the City line directly. Please double-check your shipping address when you make the payment. Buyer is responsible for any extra postage cost caused by incorrect shipping address. All items will be shipped within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of payment. In most cases, delivery takes around 1-7 business days, it's highly depended on the efficiency of the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery date is calculated by carrier's system, delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
Address Changes: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer. This fee is typically anticipated to be $10.50 for RTS + stander postage for re-shipment, regardless of Sale value
30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, or refund.
The item must be returned in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, please note a 20% deduction fee applies to any change of mind returns, minimum $10. The buyer is liable for the return postage. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note we only accept change of mind returns if it is returned in a saleable condition with original packaging. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened with factory sealed, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included. If the item is missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but damaged, or unsaleable condition, then unfortunately we won't accept this return. All items we sell come with a unique serial number. The serial number of the returned item must match the item we sell.
DOA Warranty Claims Policy
For items Dead on Arrival (DOA), Damaged in Transit, Faulty, or Delivered Incorrectly, please immediately contact our Customer Service team. We will assist you in resolving any concerns by possibly having the product returned in suitable packaging (preferably its original packaging).
Please Note:
A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us. Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Standard Warranty Claims Policy
Items found to be faulty outside of the DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. ALL of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month return to base warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Please contact the product's manufacturer for troubleshooting first and more details about warranty terms.
Please note:
The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.
The processing time is generally 2-4 weeks from when we receive the faulty unit.
The Warranty claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval.
The customer should provide their invoice number and item's serial number when contacting us.
