How to connect SMART LIFE WIFI Power Socket to Google Home

Follow the manual enclosed to download SMART LIFE / TUYA App and register an account with your mobile number.
Follow the steps in manual to set up the power socket in SMART LIFE / TUYA App. Make sure your designated power socket device is connected.
Long press the power button on the device for 5 seconds until the indicator flahsing quickly. Then the device page will pop up automatically by itself.
Then you can setup scenes / schedule in the APP. Alternatively you can also setup the device in Google Home / Amazon Alexa accordingly.
Login to your Google Home account, if you have setup your home, you should have the window as below.Click “Add” Button.
Click “Set up device”
Click “Have something already set up?”
Scroll down the band list and find “Smart Life”, click it.
Enter the mobile number and password you used to register the Smart Life App. Then hit the “Link Now” Button.
Click “Authorize” Button.
Then a message “Accounts now linked” should pop up. If not please screenshot each step you have taken and send them to us via eBay message. Our technic team will get back to you ASAP.
Now you are able to see the Smart Life device in Google Home App. Enjoy!

Monday to Friday - If the payment is cleared before 10pm, your order will leave our warehouse on the next day. Or it will be dispatched in the following business day.
Weekends/Public Holidays - Your parcel will be dispatched in the following business day.

Please note, during public holidays, sale or promotional periods, dispatch and delivery time may be delayed. During this time, please expect your parcel to be dispatched within two to three business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

You never know when you’re going to need a new charging cable, and we understand when you’re in a hurry.

30 DAYS REFUND RETURN POLICY:

At TEGAL, our priority is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your product to TEGAL within 30 days after receiving your item. We will refund you the original product cost, excluding freight charges.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be completed.

The item must be returned in its original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)
The item must NOT be opened, used or damaged, and must be in perfect condition when returned

60 DAYS DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY (D.O.A) WARRANTY POLICY:

TEGAL products directly sold by TEGAL are provided with a 60 day D.O.A warranty.

This warranty applies if you believe that your product is faulty and is valid within 60 days of your purchase.

Please submit a support ticket or email the TEGAL support team at admin to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. TEGAL will not accept returns without prior authorisation and an RMA number.

When your item is returned, the TEGAL support team will determine whether the product is faulty and offer you the following options:

If the item diagnosed as faulty:

Replacement. TEGAL will ship a replacement of the same product, or an equivalent model with your postage refund. You must present the original postage receipt, or the postage will follow TEGAL shipping cost standard on the specific product.
Refund. This option is only available if an equivalent replacement cannot be provided. TEGAL may offer a refund at the original purchase price (excluding freight) and your postage.

If the item is diagnosed as not faulty:

You will have the item back to you again by shipped on your own cost. Cost will follow TEGAL shipping cost standard on the specific product. Further, if TEGAL determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not faulty, TEGAL may impose up to a $35 handling fee.

STANDARD WARRANTY RETURN POLICY:

Every TEGAL–branded product has one year warranty since the day you purchase. A product is considered faulty if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability. If you believe that your product is faulty and it has exceeded 60 days since you purchased. Please submit a support ticket or email the TEGAL support team at admin to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. TEGAL will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Once your item is returned, the TEGAL support team will determine whether the product is faulty and offer you one of the following options:

If the item diagnosed as faulty:

Replacement. TEGAL will ship another of the same product.
Repair. You may have the product repaired. However, once you choose this option, you may not request a replacement.
Refund. This option is only available if an equivalentreplacement or repair cannot be provided. TEGAL may offer a refund at the original purchase price (excluding freight).

You will have the item back to you again by self pick-up or shipped on your own cost. Cost will follow TEGAL shipping cost standard on the specific product. Further, if TEGAL determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not faulty, TEGAL may impose up to a $35 handling fee.

Please note:

Under this policy, customers are responsible for freight chargesunder any circumstances.
Users who misuse, mistreat, submits a product with standard wear and tear or a product that is out of our warranty period are not covered by standard warranty.
A one-year warranty starts on the day of your first purchase. A replacement or repair product will not extend your warranty period.
The original receipt or equivalent email is required.
