Shipping Details

• We ship from Sydney and dispatch the same day if you order before 11am, Mon to Fri. Fri afternoon and weekend orders will ship on Mon.

• If you're in a Sydney metro area it's as fast as 1 to 2 days after we dispatch.

• If you're in another metro area around Australia it'll usually be 2 to 4 days after we dispatch.

• If you're outside metros area in Australia it'll usually be 4 to 7 days after we dispatch. Keep in mind you may not have access to daily delivery services in your local area which may extend the delivery time.

We provide an unconditional return policy on all our products so if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will happily offer a free replacement or full refund. This also applies if you ordered something you don't want anymore.
