These estimates doesn't include order processing time. If orders are received past 12 pm, it will be processed for shipping the following day. If the orders are received before 12 pm, it will be processed for shipping on the same day.

What if I change my mind after buying Fitcover?
We offer 30-day change of mind returns for unopened, unused items in original condition and packaging. Just make sure seals (if any) are intact and all accessories are included.

Important: Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics and beauty products are not eligible for change of mind returns—unless the item is faulty.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
You’re covered under Australian Consumer Law. If your product:

• Is faulty or unsafe

• Doesn’t match the description

• Doesn’t do what we said it would

• Or is the wrong item entirely

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair.

When will I get my refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed in 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
