Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be quite right. If you change your mind, you can return your product within 14 days of purchase. Once items have been received and inspected by our team, we will facilitate full refund of the product purchase price.

If your product arrives faulty or damage upon receiving, we will offer a full refund of the product price or exchange.

Warranty:
All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided they have been installed by a licensed electrician. This warranty entitles you to a replacement or refund. Please note that all costs associated with warranty claims such as postage, installation, or removal are the responsibility of the customer.
