Delivery Information

• Our framed memorabilia is made to order and typically ships from our Brisbane warehouse within 5 business days.

• Due to its size and fragile nature, all framed items are shipped via courier for safe delivery.

• PO Box delivery is not available – please provide a street address at checkout.

Refund & Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind. However, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major issue, such as:

• A defect or fault that would have impacted your purchase decision if known in advance.

• The item is unsafe.

• The item is significantly different from its description or sample.

• The item does not perform as described or expected and cannot be easily fixed.

If the issue is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If this is not possible, you may choose a refund or replacement. Alternatively, you can keep the item, and we will provide compensation for any reduction in value.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Sale items or gift cards

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you will need to return the original item first. Once approved, you can place a new order.
