Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:
- Metro: 2-4 business days
- Regional: 3-6 business days
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be quite right. If you change your mind, you can return your product within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once item/s have been received and inspected by our team, we will facilitate an agreed resolution. Please ensure you meet the below requirements:
- You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The product has not been installed.
- The product is free from any damage such as scratches, chips, or dents.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty or is damaged upon receiving, we will offer a full refund or exchange.
To facilitate this:
- Return the product within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging.
- Provide the contact details and license number of the installing electrician.

Warranty
All products (excluding light sources) come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided they are installed by a licensed electrician. This warranty entitles you to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Please note that costs associated with warranty claims, such as postage, installation, or removal, are the responsibility of the customer.
