To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

For the price, this is a very fair product. The instruction sheet could be better worded and have more data. The instruction are not easy to understand for someone who has never use such a tool. Also the plastic case is quite soft and I feel will break if not handle very carefully.
