The Fitness Hero Tib Bar offers a premium strengthener to support muscle training and rehabilitation. Constructed with top quality materials, the bar helps you to maintain optimal performance while also reducing injury risk associated with weaker tibialis muscles.
The tibias muscle is the muscle that runs next to the shin bone, down the front of the leg from the knee to the ankle.
When the tibias muscle is weak, undue force being generated through walking, running or jumping makes its way to the knee, causing knee pain and shin splints.
Strengthening the tibialis anterior has been linked to a decrease in shin splints and knee pain. Using the Tib Bar also helps to strengthen the muscles, tendons and ligaments surrounding the ankle while simultaneously stretching and increasing the ankles range of motion.

We have a small warehouse in Sydney, but some larger heavier products are shipped directly from our suppliers across Australia, to save time and transportation costs. The delivery charges for each product may vary according to the delivery methods available for that particular product. All Delivery times are estimates only and vary depending on many variables Once the items leaves our warehouse, the delivery is outside our control A tracking number will be supplied by us or the courier Handling Times We aim to pack and ship all orders with 2 days, however larger products or bulk orders may take an additional few days. Returns
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you by email when we have exchanged your return items or processed your refund. It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the refund to be credited against your original payment method. Processing times for exchanges or refunds may take longer during sale periods.

However, in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item please contact us and one of our team members will be ready to assist you by taking you through your available options
Returning an item
To return an item to Fitness Hero by post or refund or exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
To protect your return from damage during delivery, please use strong external packaging. For all returns that relate to a change of mind, postage must be paid for by the returnee and will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, delivery charges for the replacement item will be at Fitness Hero's expense. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to track your return. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
