Change of mind refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if clothing is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all their original tags on. Footwear must be unworn, in its original box and with all packaging and tags.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Boots fit like a glove, size 12 wide fitting. My nephew hasn’t had them off his feet. Great price, great shoe, good quality boot.

Great pricing, cheapest (by a good margin) from plenty of other retailers, and even up to half the price from other companies. Highly recommend this product, came in same week as well. No complaints whatsoever.

Well made, sturdy. Will take some wearing in . The size is definitely bigger than standard so you should order a half size smaller than your usual UK shoe size.
