Installation Tips:
If you are wrap uncoated mild steel exhaust pipes, we recommend painting the exhaust pipe first with a high temperature exhaust paint. Most exhaust pipes will already have a coating or be aluminised mild steel or stainless steel and will not require painting.
Install wet or dry. Dampening the wrap can help help the wrap to stretch and provide a tighter fit. Expect the wrapped pipes to smoke slightly on start up. This is quite normal.
Overlap the wrap or tape approx 8mm as you wrap your pipes and secure the ends with the stainless steel zip ties provided.
If additional insulation is required, you can double wrap your exhaust pipes with 2 layers of our exhaust wrap.

Returns
