Orders are either dispatched the same business day or the next business day from Melbourne.

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

Metro: 1-4 business days 

Regional: 2-7 business days (depends on the location, can be more for very remote regions)

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re happy to accept a return, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• It is in resalable condition and not damaged in any way.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If we assist with return shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund (varies by product).

Refunds:
For change-of-mind returns, we will refund the product price minus the return shipping cost (if occured) once the item is received and inspected at our Melbourne warehouse.

Important:
Do not send your item back unless approved by our support team.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a full resolution within a reasonable timeframe, which may include:

• A replacement of the same or similar product.

• A repair, if applicable.

• A refund, if a replacement cannot be provided.

We will cover all costs including return shipping if the issue is verified and falls under warranty or consumer law.

Warranty Coverage

BabiesMart offers warranty coverage on most products to protect against manufacturing defects and quality issues and we offer warranty within reasonable timeframe as guided by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

For faulty or damaged items:
Please contact us as soon as possible after noticing the issue. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items can be returned for a refund, replacement, or repair within a reasonable timeframe, as guided by Australian Consumer Law.

If the item has a major fault and a replacement cannot be provided, we will offer a refund in accordance with ACL.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

• Damage due to improper installation or care

• Items returned without approval

• Claims made outside the product’s reasonable usable lifespan

Our Commitment to You

Even after your warranty period, you're protected under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to a remedy if a product fails to meet acceptable quality. In the case of a major fault, and if we are unable to offer a replacement, a refund will be provided.

If the issue is minor, we will repair or replace the item as required.
