Upgrade your cold brew program with the new and professional Toddy Pro Series Cold Brew System. Featuring a full stainless steel construction, sustainable dual filters, and two large size options, it's the classy cold brewer commercial kitchens, cafes, and restaurants have been waiting for.
The brewing process is very similar to smaller Toddy brewers, but the experience is far more refined and fitting for commercial use.
Firstly, the stainless steel build is extremely durable, easy to clean, and simply looks stunning in cafes (a major upgrade from the plastic tubs). Secondly, the threadless valve easily detaches, making it extremely easy to clean. And thirdly, the dual stainless steel and compostable paper filters produce a stunningly smooth brew that your customers will love.
Toddy Pro Series Cold Brew System 38L Instructions:
- Grind 9.5kg of beans at a coarse setting and pour them into the filter.
- Set the paper filter over the steel filter platform.
- Pour 36L of cold water over the grounds, saturating all of them evenly.
- After 12 hours, use the spigot and dispensing hose to dispense into another vessel.
- Pour, dilute, and enjoy.
This commercial brewer comes in two sizes-38L and 76L-perfect for both medium and high-volume operations. The system comes with no-slip silicone handles that give you the grip needed to move the brewer, even when full.

We understand that drinking great coffee is as important as being happy with the coffee gear you purchase to make it! In order to give you peace of mind when shopping with us we offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of your order. We can provide an Alternative Brewing store credit, refund or exchange for another item, where the returned item is subject to the following conditions:
The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
Presents 'as new' in appearance, is unused and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
The item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
Alternative Brewing is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
Items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, special order items, gift cards, apparel, books, posters and DVDs. So please choose wisely.
Items returned with a value >$400 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be authorised by Alternative Brewing before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Alternative Brewing Team Members for instructions to get the ball rolling and start the return process.
