I think the jug is great I can actually have a cuppa at the temperature that I enjoy drinking my coffee and tea at. It is also very quick to boil its quicker than any other electric jug I have ever had thankyou A very good product and it has a year warranty also, which is good hopefully I will never have to use it

I find the kettle very good as it allows you to select the right temp you want to have the water at. Herbal, Green tea & Jerra water (Cumin)tea at 80 C is perfect. If you have reflux you don't want 100'C water either. You don't have to add cold water if you select your temp. Great idea and I find it beneficial for my needs.
