The Tojiro DP3 Series Santoku Knife 17cm is a lmedium knife thinner and smaller than the Chef’s knife, and are used for slicing thin cuts of meat and for carving thin precise slices.
They are very versatile knives and one of the most used knives in a chef’s kitchen.
