Delivery Process

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Delivery times vary by location, and the expected timeframes are as follows:

• Metro Areas: 2-5 business days

• Regional Areas: 4-10 business days

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please be aware that re-delivery fees may apply. We recommend arranging a suitable delivery time to avoid any additional charges.

Return Policy

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes things change, and we're here to help! If you need to return an item due to a change of mind, you have 30 days from when your order was delivered.

Here's what you need to know before returning your items:

1. Condition: Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Packaging: The original box packaging must be used to protect the item from further damage during the return process. If the original packaging is unavailable, a 30% fee of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund.

• Keep Packaging: We recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure a safe return.

• Responsibility: The return of goods is the responsibility of the buyer until received by us.

• Return Label: A prepaid return label can be provided and the cost will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, the buyer can choose their own postal courier and will be liable for the return cost.

Refund Deductions:

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund once we have received the product back in our warehouse.

• If you opt for us to provide a return label, the return postage fee will be deducted from the refund.
